This was my first visit to Doug’s and I can’t say enough GREAT things about them. The work was impeccable, the staff friendly and helpful and they even cleaned my car! I met the owner, Doug, when I picked up the car and he was so friendly and willing to help me out on another issue as well. Excellent service!
I was in a hail storm in the Black Hills and had major damage to my vehicle with hundreds of hail dents on all parts of my car. Doug and his team brought my car back to looking like new. You can always count on Doug's Custom to do an excellent job no mater how big the job. They are my first choice in auto body repair.
I got into an accident around Christmas and needed to fix my front bumper. When I first went to them for an estimate, they took their time looking at my car. They actually got down on the ground and looked at small details, even I had missed! I received a realistic estimate that I took to my insurance company. While fixing my car, they did a complete check of my vehicle and informed me of anything I needed fixed. They gave me constant updates to let me know when my car would be done. When I went to pick up my car, you couldn't tell it had ever been in accident, everything looked brand new! They also gave me estimates on the other things on my car they found needed repairs!! I'm definitely impressed with Doug's and will be going there again if I need anything!!
