So I pull up at 7:51 and the person comes over the intercom and says they are closed. I’m confused because I thought they closed at 8. I ask what time they close and she confirms 8. So I start to drive off and she says did I want to order? I say I thought y’all were closed now. She says “oh yes... we ran out of bread”. I explained that I don’t want bread and I wanted an Unwich. She says “oh... Well we closed at 7:45 and we already put up the meat”.
They really need customer service training inside this store. Barely a greeting and no farewell or thank you. They have the radio blasting which makes it hard to speak loud enough for them to hear what you're saying. It doesnt help that we're wearing masks and the clear plastic barrier is in the way. You have to repeat yourself a few times. Food is usually good here. Better off doing delivery with this place.
The last all three sandwiches had too little meat. I could barely taste any meat. Prior to this the sandwiches had a little more meat. I do not commend this place.
Great place for a sandwich! And quick service.
1st time visiting this location and I am very pleased. I'm already a Jimmy John's fan as I love the Vito, but I was happy to learn that they offer a little Vito and now a combo for $5.00. Great, quick service! Long story short I'm ecstatic because I just had an amazing reasonably priced lunch.
