They were fast and prompt. But I will not use them again. $150 charge to simply unlock my car. I feel like I was taken advantage of. A friend of mine was charged $60 for the same service, different company.
They came out at 2 to 3 am. In the morning and unlocked my door, like two weeks ago, they was very nice and professiona and even waited while I went to the Atm to get money out of my bank. I would use them again if I needed to.
I called at 7:51pm, they said a technician would call me rite away. It’s 39 degrees I’m sitting outside the car 8:19 when I call them back to see what’s going on. Apologized and said someone would contact me. At 8:32pm they call me and tell me there’s no locksmith in my area and just hang up. Mediocre service.
