Excellent service clean storage units easy access from main rd and can get uhaul trucks or trailer if you need
I recently retired from the Army from Ft Bragg, NC and I just happened to pull into the parking lot of Premier Mini Storage as I was driving around and google searching storage units. When I went into to talk to someone about a storage unit I met Brandon. He's a super nice guy, allowed me to have a storage unit for a discount because of being in the Army, and allowed me to return the U-Haul truck I had rented from Ft Bragg with no additional cost to me. Please if you need storage or a U-Haul see Brandon first.
Brandon is was friendly and the entire staff there was so helpful in helping me get into a unit. If you want to work with a business owner who treats customers like they want to be treated, go see Brandon!
Do not pay attention to the hours listed on the website! They do not open at 8:00 am. When you get over there at 8am because that us ehen your reservation is, they say they open at 9:30 and refuse to help you until 9:30, but they do not mind helping customers on the phone starting at 8am. Then they say you are threatening them just because you tell them you will be leaving a bad review, then they go get in a truck and leave. Customer service there is horrible and when we complained to Uhaul they said they have a lot of issues out of that location. Stay clear!!!!
