Got into town late night and came in. I was sad that it was to-go orders only from 9p-6a. But the crew was great and very attentive. One lady, whom I think was the manager, was awesome to talk to. She was very sweet and upbeat.
It's waffle house. So standards are not the highest. Wish after all these years they would include non-pork meat sides. There are plenty of options out there. This location is clean. Can easily see from the road.
Food was decent, but waffles could be better. Very thin and not very crisp on the outside. Service was friendly and quick.
Was there for almost 15 minutes before they checked on me to realize that they hadn't even place my order. I left without eating. I will never get that time back. The waiter in cook appeared to be lost.
Unprofessional as Heck the young female's that work over night or the ones I'm talking about because on the weekend I have to be at six and I call these people why I'm on 280 in Phenix city and they still don't have my order ready then they have the worst attitude
