I don't recommend this DQ the help is young snooty kids that are more interested in social hour than customer service (the young lady that helped us you know who you are) Paid for extra peanuts on our ice cream only to find out they were old and hard not good at all. Two strikes, need a manager onsite even late evening to manage this location really gives DQ a bad look. Very disappointing!
A trip to Verm’s DQ provides one with a quick pick me up of not so healthy food. How simply can I put it? It’s fast food.
Food is always great if they get the order right. Usually have yo repeat order twice and syill dont get everything. If jusy hubby snd myself we take ehat yhey give us and leave. Help is usually to busy joking around. Tonight we got handed a dilly barthat we sent back because we had 2 blizzards!
I normally have good experiences with this DQ but I was disappointed today. I went to order and there were a few things wrong with my order. For starters, I ordered three baskets and had a coupon for one free drink and we got that one free but had two other drinks added to our order which we didn’t want. When I brought it up, the worker offered no alternative so we decided to just pay for them. We also asked for ranch in one of our baskets and received no ranch in any of the baskets. Lastly, in multiple of our baskets the chicken “strips” were the size of nuggets. That is not necessarily uncommon but usually they’ll give an extra strip instead of four quite small strips. I won’t be coming back for a long time, which is a bummer because I enjoyed it.
