Brian (the owner) is great to work with. The storage units are clean, secure, and monitored regularly by the manager. The only thing I can complain about is the roads between the buildings. It’s not paved and there are some pretty big ruts which made it difficult to traverse in my car particularly after the rain. Despite the ruts if I need storage I will bring my stuff back to Kingsland Storage Center.

Best price in town plus helpful customer service. New renovations are a big improvement, especially the new electric gate.

We agreed on a rental. Then was told it was sold and we had to get a larger unit. I was promised a discount. And never received it. Dishonest and the units have rats. Dead rats and alive scurrying rats .

Closed at 4pm, opens at 9am. Extremely inconvenient if you're a worker. Doesn't open on time and closes whenever he feels like it
