Great facility. Had our sailboat here over the past year, and it is a great place for storage - easy 24/7 secured, code access; restroom; boat rinse; and amazingly nice management looking out for your stored items. Would be here permanently if we weren't keeping it in the water year round.

We kept our camper here for about 18 months. Great place to store a camper or boat. The only reason we left is because we bought a house and property large enough to store it at home. The manager there is a very nice guy and easy to talk to.
Dry, secure, and clean parking for your boat or RV. Reasonable prices and less expensive than the typical storage garages. Plenty of room to maneuver trailers in the lot. Great location. Easy access to Lake Allatoona. And the owner Terry is great to work with. He is professional, friendly, and responds quickly to all your inquiries.
Terry is a straight shooter and will store your boat or RV for a fair price. Terry also has a bathroom on-site to change in to and out of your swim wear. A handy benefit to storing your boat here.
