It is difficult to find a new salon when you move to a new town. You don't know who is good, who you can trust or how skilled they are. I read many reviews of different salons in Carterville, GA and selected Thairapy Salon.nI am SO happy I did.nI instantly clicked with Martha. She is professional, highly experienced and she is even a certified instructor. Jackpot! Martha listened to what I liked and what I didn't like. She did not try to impose her opinion on me. She asked great questions to help each of us clarify exactly what I was looking for. I was really impressed.nMy hair has never looked better. She fixed my cut, tweaked my hair color and gave me great advice on product, without trying to strong-arm me into purchasing product I really didn't need. I have found a new home at Thairapy. It is truly the therapy I needed. Thanks, Martha, you are the best!

Martha did my hair today to fix what another hair stylist did that I did not like, she did amazing she gave me exactly what I wanted with color and haircut!!! I highly recommend her and this salon!!! She is great with color correcting.

Received an awful botched hair cut by Martha. She gave me a mullet haircut. I asked for layers that would make my hair thinner. The same haircut I get once a year since I was 18. Never again at this location. My daughter who is 5 found scissors and cut a few chucks of my hair out. I could manage the rest but there was a small section on the top that made me look like Alfalfa. However, it was easily manageable by a clip. This hairstylist decided to have all the hair on the top my head match this 3 inch long piece. Just awful. And they responded to my private message on messenger with the laughing emoji. Thanks so much. You clearly shown how you think so little of your customers.

Vicki was amazing. She listened to what I wanted with my hair. My hair is long, fine and straight. Because of Covid, my last haircut was in February. She cut 2” off and it feels and looks great! Will definitely be back!
