Fantastic staff. I just moved to town and got a free haircut in the mail. I was seen immediately. Very clean store. All safety precautions for Covid were in force. Which is awesome. My haircut was a C+. But in real life my hair will always grow back. So it’s no big deal. I will definitely go back.
Their always busy. Its easier and faster to check in online! When u get there enter your phone number on the tablet on the front desk to let them know you have arrived.

Well my husband and my son both had their hair cut here. They both came home with atrocious hair cuts. I mean the front was literally VERY crooked. Id guess one inch shorter on the right than the left. It was actually so bad you had to just laugh. I wouldn't recommend this place. I wish I had the hairdressers name but sadly I don't. Hopefully others have better luck.
I checked in online per their instructions, and arrived at the time they requested. I still waited an additional 20minutes. I let them know that I'd be outside because they didn't have addt indoor seating and I let them know what car I'd be in. I kept checking in every 5-10minutes, and then they took someone else who was behind me on wait list. I asked what was happening and they said they took someone else in with a similar name as mine and didn't even bother to check outside.nLike, I get that kinda the name mistake but the excessive wait, the 0 attempt to make their mistake right, and that they won't do a beard trim when everyone else is - are reasons I won't be backnnThese guys obviously dont realize how important customer service is in this business climate
