Best McDonald's I've been to. Super friendly customer service and the food actually tasted fresh.
If you want a chicken biscuit just go to chick Fila. If you're gonna try to compete with chick fil a for my breakfast money then bring your A game; had a coupon for free coffee and hash browns with purchase of a chicken biscuit and they wouldn't change the coffee to a sweet tea(sweet tea is cheaper than coffee at mcds BTW). So I changed my order bc I can't have coffee and ordered chicken biscuit and LG tea and they tell me they don't have large cups. Lame customer service and biscuit isnt very good anyhow. 3/28/21
Went for a McFlurry, and the cup was half full, didn’t realize it until I got home! At least give me my money worth for what I paid for! Last time had hair in my fries I’m done with this McDonald’s!!
My husband order a 20 piece nugget and when we got home to eat them they were not fully done on the inside. I called the store back to let them know and the manager on duty ( who refused to give me her name) said that it was impossible for them to be under cook, instead of her apology she basically said I was lying. She told me to have a good night and hung up on me. I will be calling corporate to report my issue and to report this manager with no name. I will never spend another dime at the McDonald’s.
They don't mind special orders, they didn't charge me any extra for extra stuff, very nice folks.
