Not a bad place but definitely not the best. Customer service lately has really gotten better though. Remember to be nice and understanding to people and chances are they will be the same to you.
Location exterior was clean. Staff was polite. Orders at this location have all been correct. Special order requests have all be correct. Value and quality are on point. Best location I have ordered from in NSB area.
My order is always fine, and the employees seem to be kind. But I purchased a discount card from our local school for $25 and every time I try to use it there they don't let me. It's buy one sandwich get one free, and they always give me the two for $5 special instead. Which comes out to more money. I even asked for a manager once she said sorry they couldn't do anything about it, and since I was in the drive thru and I didn't want the people behind me to suffer, I left.
What a great experience. just in the mood for some fries and they weren't fresh had to wait for them to make fresh fries.
Not only was the food fresh, but they were quick! Probably one of my favorite McDonald’s you aren’t waiting in line for 30 mins!
