I’ll provide them two stars. It’s a hit or miss with this place. For the most part it’s pretty good tasting, well made pizza. However, they are extremely busy and appear to very unorganized. If they tell you it is a 55 minute wait it will take double the estimated time. We order from here at least 2x a month. Also if you order pickup same thing, they will provide a time for pick up but it takes much longer than the estimated time. I was extremely disappointed this time, the pizza was cold at the time of delivery and it took two hours which was not the case a couple weeks ago when we had ordered. My pizza tasted weird/odd, almost like it sat in the dumpster. Really weird this time around. We will see how it goes in the future with our orders but tonight was the worst of them all. Pretty disappointed.

My first time trying Marcos and I was more then impressed. My first thought was what does a guy from Ohio know about pizza? I am from RI where Federal Hill is the home of authentic Italian pizza.nWe ordered 1 deep dish and 1 thin crust loadednThere were more toppings then we have seen in a long time. The meatballs were awesome. The sauce was one of the best we have ever had.All of the toppings were fresh and tasty. I always like having left over pizza. When we heated it in the toaster oven it was great, tasted fresh as when they delivered it. Most pizza does not reheat very well at all.nThe delivery time was 7:00 on a Friday night. The doorbell rang at 7:00 on the button.nMy only suggest is fresh mushrooms not canned.nI will be back again and again.

This is the first pizza I’ve had in the Venice area that could easily go up against pizza in the northeast. The crust holds up under its own weight, it’s crispy without being too thin and the flavor of the sauce — which is not overdone — was wonderful. Bubbly cheese made the pizza perfect!!! To make it every better, the delivery driver was quick, friendly and polite. Highly recommend!!!

Called 3 times, put on terminal hold. Drove there thinking they were slamming busy. The poor kid, Jacob was answering phones and waiting on the customers while there were 6 people in the kitchen area having a nice conversation. Phones were ringing but the little blonde girl that was talking with the pizza cutter girl, looked up front then continued her conversation. I jokingly asked Jacob they all afraid to come help you? He laughed and said I think so. I spoke to the manager Heather. I explained what I saw and all she could say was that their phones are not working right tonight. I won't be going back there any more. I find it hard to believe that ALL the employees could not come upfront to help Jacob. Oh yeah to top it off, they never cut my cheesy bread and received no sauce with it. Marcos Pizza in Venice use to be a good pizza place. ud83dude22ud83dude25

We bought raffle tickets supporting Hospice and our names were drawn for a free Marco's pizza. We use to love our local Marco's Pizza in Michigan. They make a specialty White Sauce Pizza, topped with chicken chunks and spinach. It's my favorite. I have been educated; not all Marco's Pizzas are the same, not even close. We ordered that and a Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza that my husband left to pick up himself, right after he placed the order.nBoth pizzas were terrible. The pep/sausage was greasy and the cheese was not very melted. The Chicken White Sauce Pizza DID NOT have any sauce on it, I checked under the layer of cheese because I didn't taste it. This was truly awful pizza. Will never go back.
