Ordered pizza from them-the pizza was not correct. Ordered contactless delivery, as the delivery guy Knocked on the door and didn’t leave it on the front patio as instructed. Also was not wearing a mask. Papa John’s and sent an email to ask me how asking me how my order was. I let them know that I was not happy and no one ever reached out to contact me. They then sent a follow-up email asking how the resolution was when they never resolved the first problem. Will not be ordering from them again. Extremely poor customer service
Fast, hot food as always! Love the Italian Papadia! My new favorite lunch. The service here is great. They tell you 15 minutes, it’s ready in 15 minutes! If you do get the Italian Papadia, swap the marinara sauce with the garlic butter sauce. Great for the crust! I always just pick up, but I always tip these guys. They do a great job!
Burned!!! ask for a replacement, burned again! When called about the second one got a condescending comment about how they can't send it out raw! He kept repeating that one. First time in a year where we could afford delivery pizza. $40 lost!
The pizza, pepperoni, was very good. Could have used a bit more cheese, and didn't have fresh basil to add. Otherwise very good!
I was not pleased with my pizza... there was hardly any toppings on it and it was over cooked and didn't taste good. And they did not were a mask when delivered.
