Kent was very helpful in helping me change 2 of my doors with deadbolt and regular locks on each, so I would only have 1 key for all the locks on all the doors.
We were locked out of our car on a Sunday afternoon, at the beach, in a thunderstorm! We called AAA and figured we would be waiting HOURS for someone to come. Kent heard the storm, realized the address was a popular beach and was there in MINUTES!! We were SOOOO happy to see him!! He was great!! Friendly, professional, didn't act like we were dummies for locking our keys in the car and most of all... FAST!! The storm cleared up and we were able to get home and enjoy the rest of our day of vacation. Thank you KENT!! You are AWESOME!!
