We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in August 2020 (after rescheduling due to COVID). Brenda and her team are absolutely awesome and gave us our dream day! Brenda is great at communication, super accommodating, welcoming and friendly! The Country Road Barn is beautiful, and new additions are always being added! Many vendors around the area are familiar with CRB so it is easy to set things up (DJ, florist, Party Bus, etc,) We were able to take beautiful sunset pictures outside the barn, and of course, the food was absolutely amazing. Two words- MAC and CHEESE. I highly recommend having the Country Road Barn as your wedding venue!
Great place. The bbq is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Try the armadillo eggs, pulled pork, and hot links!!!
We have eaten at Country Road several time and the BBQ is great! I used to travel the southern U.S. extensively for work and frequented great BBQ restaurants/stands from S. Car, Georgia, Missouri all the way to TX. Country Barn’s brisket ranks up there with the best of them. Side are excellent as well.
Terrific food. A bit pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
We decided to give this new place a try, the barbecue was pretty decent. I tried the three meat combo including ribs, chicken, and brisket. You could tell all of their meat was truly smoked and had good moisture content and flavor. I would definitely agree with other reviewers saying that the hot sauce was not all that hot.
