Randy Hess has great experience. Has a great team including his younger (7 minutes) twin brother, Roger. Good supervision and professionalism. Cleaned up after completed. I have used Randy on several projects (upgrades and additions)on our newly construction home. Service has always been exceptional. Also a great American.
Suncoast arrived within half hour if my emergency call.. Their technician,, Randall Hess, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not have been more pleased. In addition, they were very reasonably priced.
Randy and his team did an awesome job fixing up my lights and outlets. They even repaired a fan for me! I definitely recommend them!
I had a problem with flickering lights and power outages and Roger came out and had the problem resolved within 1/2 hour. He explained the cause and the electrical system and had appliances turned on to load the system to make sure everything was working properly. I will definitely call him for any future electrical services and will refer him to others.
Thankfull for Randy! He came in less than an hour, after he offered to come during regular hours at a cheaper rate. I was too worried about a breaker that I caused to blow that wouldn't reset & my wife's CPAP breathing machine uses that circuit!nnHe came earlier than expected & quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed it & was gone in less than an hour. I had been trying to resolve it myself for hours. I wish I had called 4 hours earlier. Btw it was a mobile home
