I have used ASAP for over 10 years for both my home and my business and have been extremely happy with the work. Rich is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He communicates with you at every point and lets you know when he will be there for your fix... and shows up when he says he will. He comes to estimate the work for free and provides you with a written quote of what the cost will be before he starts the work so you always know what your getting into, with no sticker shock at the end. He is very responsive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Rich and ASAP for the high quality of the work, quick response, great communication and positive attitude.

Look no further for the best electrician in Sarasota county... I called and left a voicemail , needing help with a minor electrical issue, because every other electrician in the area was booked out for days AND wanted to charge us just to come out and take a look. Not only did Rich call us back immediately, he went out of his way to come take a look at our issue (at no cost) when he had a short opening between other scheduled appointments. He was very friendly and professional and let us know when he was on his way. When he arrived, the cause of the issue (a broken outlet) wasn't immediately apparent. Before doing any further work that could incur a cost, he went over the pricing for some likely solutions to our issue with me, to make sure I was comfortable. He had me sign for a small fee to do a complete diagnosis. In the end, we ended up with a tiny bill due to the simple nature of the issue; Rich just had us pay the diagnostic fee I agreed to and didn't even charge us for the actual fix. He took the time to explain what went wrong, and he gave us additional recommendations (safety recommendations and tips in case we experience similar issues in the future). You can't ask for more than an electrician who responds immediately and shows up with a smile on their face to do great work at a very fair price. I can't imagine looking elsewhere for electrical work in the future. Thanks again, Rich!

We hired ASAP to handle some out door lighting fixture replacement on our commercial building. They were reasonably priced, on time, and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
