Visited St. Augustine for the first time with my husband last weekend, and bought trolley tickets that were offered at our hotel. We didn’t know the town, so it was a great way to see everything and be able to hop on/hop off whenever we liked. Most of the tour guides were fun/funny and very informative. There are clear partitions between rows, making some seats harder to hear the driver. If you have trouble hearing, pay attention to where the speaker is located, or ask for help as you board. We loved hearing the history of the town, and it was by far the best tour experience we have had. Everyone we spoke to that worked for the company was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. We purchased the $5 informational program and it was a great supplement to the tour, and a nice souvenir.

Great hop on and hop off. Excellent drivers. But especially impressed that at the end they have free shuttles to take you back to your hotel. Ours was excellent driver! Nice feature....we would have had to walk a mile! Fun time!

I can't say enough good things about this. It's a concise hop on hop off tour service stopping at all the major points of interest in the historic district. Absolutely loved all the tidbits of information and the service from the staff was incredible both at the visitor center and at each site. One stop shop for site visits and convenient/safe and well lit parking. Definitely helps if you're traveling with kids or mobility challenged.

Did the 2 day pass when visiting St Augustine. We had 4 different drivers. The 3 men were really good but we had a woman (twice) that had only been driving for 2 weeks and she just didn't have her act together yet. She tried too hard to be funny and had a hard time getting her facts correct. It was overall a great experience. Would use them again.

I enjoyed the tour! The tour was detailed and very informative. I really enjoyed learning about the city's history and culture. Much of the architecture was beautiful and still in great condition. Many of the homes and buildings were well built and apparently extremely expensive to construct. The landscaping is beautiful. We lucked up and went on a great day temperature wise. Not too sunny either. Therefore nothing impeded my ability to look up and see the building tops. No sun to blind me. Overall I am glad I went. I do think the ticket prices were high.
