McDonald's

Tonight I went to this restaurant to order a late dinner. It's always hit or miss with this place. Last time I got food from here it was great. However, tonight was horrible. One of the items I ordered was a double quarter with no cheese. The employee who took my order repeated the item back to be and acknowledged that I had requested no cheese. The screen and receipt also showed no cheese.nnUpon receiving my food, unsurprisingly I found two melted slices of cheese. This is unacceptable. Luckily I'm not allergic to cheese otherwise I would have been forced to return and have my order corrected. If I would have done that, I would have ran the risk of having spit in my food as is normal for a midnight shift fast food employee to do when they mess up an order.nnIf this restaurant was busy or minutes near the end of their shift, I could understand. When I ordered my food, there was only two other customers so it wasn't busy. It's a joke how these people want $15 an hour when they can't even follow simple instructions on a screen in front of their face.nnMy guess is that the employee was one of the following; unable to read English, didn't care enough to read the second line directly under the item name, or intentionally disregarded the order and placed cheese on the burger.nnHere's hoping that management terminates the employee who's responsible for negligently sending out meals without even a quick spot check for quality control.

So I really do like this place and it’s food but sometimes the food just comes out poor, which ok it happens but it’s happened multiple times, so that already brings it down to 4 stars. Next is this new nighttime drive thru employee that I had only first seen about a month ago. The first time I had interacted with them they practically screamed the order back to me (not in a rude) but just in a loud way that wasn’t needed. However tonight...was bad. Order and food was fine but when I had ordered it I was told to pull up to the first window to pay, I sit there, watch the person in front of me pull away and....nothing for a minute...then I’m screamed at by you know who by now, to pull up to the second window. Sadly I didn’t get the name tag but..this employee needs a talking to or a removal.

Food always hot, staff very friendly. McDonald's need to do something with there menu. Getting boring and limited

I think my favorite of all local McDonald's simply because it is consistent which is all I can really hope for.

Typical McDonalds. The iced coffee is really good here and I have them make my coffee sugar free.
