I really like Jimmy John's but this location is experiencing extreme demand and they can't keep up. I will no longer be ordering from them as I have missed my lunch break multiple times by extremely delayed deliveries. My orders have taken up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery at times. They taste great but they can't keep up with orders. I called about my order the other day and they said they ran out of bread twice that day and it was only 12:30 pm. The employees seem to be trying their best but the demand exceeds their staffing tremendously.

Absolutely love Jimmy johns the people in store are always pleasant and friendly. I love their bread it's so soft and today I tried their delivery, everything was correct with the order and delivered fast. Plus I tried their chocolate chip cookies and they are to die for!!!

I’ve been ordering every week, 24 sandwiches at a time, to feed those in need. Yesterday the manager called me about my order to tell me they had no bread left, without introducing himself or offering a solution. I then asked for the sandwiches to be delivered the next day. I called the following morning and they said they would be here by 1, and they didn’t come until after 2. I looked at the sandwich I was feeding the Houseless and it’s 2 pieces of bacon, one tomato, and not even a handful of shredded lettuce. They also didn’t mark half of the sandwiches so I didn’t know what I was passing out. This was embarrassing. Not ordering again.

My experience was great, excellent service from placing an order online to the delivery. My guests enjoyed them. I would order without hesitation.

I normally love Jimmy John's but at this location no one was wearing a mask.
