We guy needs more training. Took over a hour for a simple bed liner lock. Nothing against the guy but he didn’t know much only being there for such a short time. I had to politely ask him to go get help.
Awesome customer service & very knowledgeable about the services being offered. The gentleman took the time to print out step by step instructions to help me unlock my steering wheel after I'd purchased a duplicate key from them. Prior to contacting Precision, I wasted over 2hrs with a Locksmith who just wasn't able to resolve my issues. Thankfully, Precision resolved my issues expeditiously!
These folks are all class. Absolutely thrilled with the resetting a combo on a huge safe I found on Facebook. I bright the door to the shop and they had the combination reset within minutes. They took the the time to educate me about my safe, and made sure I could operate the dial combination before I left. They were recommended to me by three different people and it’s easy to see why. A remarkable experience. Recommended to all.
