Lee and team were very knowledgeable. He was always pushing forward to assure timely answers. Lee is to the point and will be honest with you on the position you are in. He also doesn't drag out unnecessary items that come at a cost. Lee believes in fairness and will fight for what is right. Lee and his team were amazing helping us through a very difficult and sensitive family matter. He always had our best interests at heart. He was to the point and would be truthful and honest with us. I sent clients to these folks who needed help on a crop insurance claim. The agent made a mistake and the agent's boss would not step up to the plate and take care of the problem which one year of the agent's commission would have easily fixed. They took good care of the clients and got them a good result. I would send folks with insurance issues to these folks in a heartbeat. It was fun seeing the insurance folks have to pay up for their negligence. They owed my client money but wouldn't pay until Lee and Joe showed up.
