I got a bid from Boss electric on a Monday to replace a main breaker $200. After receiving the written bid. I asked their tech for an addition bid on a future panel upgrade $2000. totally separate issue. Two days later I had the first work bid done the price jumped to $250. because they said I didn't get the $2000. panel upgrade done that they didn't even know was a future plan when they wrote the $200. bid. So the work was already done and I paid them the $250. What else could I do. They got over on me and got me for an extra $50. when I was desperate, pretty slick Boss. I had someone else do the panel upgrade a month later which turned into a very large project by the time it was done. I hope it was worth the extra $50. I will never use you again.

They arrived at their stated time, the employees were very courteous & looked professional. The work was done as requested for a GREAT price after checking with other companies. I would DEFINITELY use them again & HIGHLY recommend them.

Boss Electric came out to my house a total of four times for loss of power in one room. First visit replaced a breaker. Power went out again. Second visit replaced breaker again. Tech admitted the part might have been old or used! Both techs wore flimsy scarf as a face mask. One tech entered my house after being outside with NO MASK! Power went out again. Third visit replaced an outlet that did not need replacement and charged $55 for a new outlet! Power went out again. Fourth visit checked outlets and found loose wire and tightened. Power went out again. After complaining to office staff about incorrect mask usage during a pandemic I was reassured new masks were provided to staff each day. First tech showed up with visually dirty mask. Second tech had flimsy scarf. I had to give him one of my own masks to enter my house.nWe finally gave up on them after they could not fix the issue and told us we would need the whole area rewired. They were also late three out of the four visits and obviously do not take a pandemic seriously enough to protect their workers or clients. After venting our multiple frustrations with the owner, he decided to attempt to argue and bully us into dropping it. He had the extra gall to send us a bill for more labor hours after already bilking us out of $250 for initial visit.nI called another electrician and he diagnosed the issue in one hour and fixed it. Do not use Boss Electric unless you want unprofessional and incompetent service.

Technicians found and corrected issue quickly.nGreat service. Would recommend.nUpdate. I had to follow up with the original service call ( my error). Jim responded with-in an hour. Great customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Boss Electric. They were punctual and very professional when it came to my needs for repair. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend.
