Cowboy Country Store

I was surprised by the poor customer service here considering the amount of competition in the area.nn2/3 visits to this store I was overcharged. The second time it happened after I had just complained about being overcharged! The staff here really seem to not care about the customer at all. They would rather talk in the corner of the store instead of serving the customer.nnIf you plan to stop by on your way to work, leave some extra time to stand in line while the staff chat.nnOn a separate occasion the girl on the register clearly wanted to be anywhere but at work.nnCheck the prices on the shelf, on the products, and ask for a receipt.nnI actually like the store, it's a shame that it is tarnished by the service.nnHere's a tip: When there's a customer, you drop what you're doing and serve them. That's coming from experience in retail.nnI'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
