EXTREMELY POOR communicators! Every time I called to inquire about an update on my boat motor, I was told he was gone to lunch, even at 1 ir 2 in the afternoon! I was told they would have the person call me back....NEVERnnI wont know the quality of the work because I wont get my boat our again until next Spring. Would NOT recommend this place!ndid!

I had my boat worked on.i dropped my boat off with wood for wheel chokes n jack.they didnt put back in when i picked it up. I had wires unhooked that weren't un hooked before. They couldn't figure out power so they unhooked my tilt switch n never hooked it back. They were told too keep my spark plugs cuase they were brand new n they didn't. They had my cover on but not the right way, almost wrecked it.when i called they acyed like no big deal n unprofessional. I live 44 miles away n now if i want those items it will cost me more too find a ride to get them. Not a happy customer.

I recently purchased (3 years) a new pontoon, pontoon lift, and a dock from Doug's Anchor Marine. Doug owns a Marine store in Watertown SD and has a great inventory of boats, lifts, docks and accessories. Doug is a very knowledgeable guy about his products. Since I am an older guy, I explained to him that anything that I would purchase would need to be delivered and installed at my lake home (30 miles away). Not only did he accommodate my wishes he personally was in the water making sure that everything was done to perfection. One reason that Doug and I connected was his inherent sense of my particular nature. When I buy a product, I expect a fair deal and excellent service. Doug and his business have pleasantly exceeded both.

I bought a new Nitro last June from Doug and have had lots of issues with it from taking on water several times to the point I couldn’t get it on plane to the windshield not fitting and glove box not fitting to a hydraulic leak on my motor. The staff had tried to find and remedy the issues and contacted Tracker but I have been totally disappointed and disgusted with Tracker! I have bought a lot of boats, ice house, docks and boat lifts from Doug but this experience has been the worst buying experience of my life and 6 months later I am still fighting with Tracker and am not impressed with them or how they handle defective merchandise! I would not recommend buying a Tracker cause the company won’t back er! Being a business owner myself sometimes we need to spend a little of our money to keep a good customer happy?
