AWESOME SERVICE! Sharon was QUICK to help replacing our fob battery. Being new to the area and accustom to waiting for customer service issues like this at other dealerships was a welcome surprise today.

Decent sales experience but after-sale/warranty support & service is questionable at best. They really don't do much to take care of customer concerns. I expect more than just routine oil changes & tire rotations from a new car dealership. Part of me wishes I would have purchased my Jeep elsewhere.
