Well, Big John’s pizza was recommended to us by the Concierge at our VRBO in Key West FL so we had 6 people coming for dinner so I ordered pizzas & wine to be delivered at 6:30pm and I called in to order at 4:30pm. At 6:45 & no pizzas yet I called them & the gal that answered the phone said she had no order for that & was very rude so in looking further into it the lady who took the order put it in for 8:30. In meantime I have dinner guests & NO food. Be careful when ordering or do online so you don’t have this happen to you. Better yet, order from Domino’s!

This is very good pizza. We were staying at the double tree and another guest ordered from here and it looked amazing.nnWhen we ordered they were very busy so our delivery driver said he is the owner's son and stepped up to help make deliveries.nnI highly recommend this restaurant. Order the pizza thin crust and well done. You won't regret it.

Can't go wrong with a large cheese pizza. Good value for the size (and especially Key West). You can spend double and get fancy pizza that's also half the size and still be hungry if you are sharing, or go with a Big John's Large Cheese and make 4 adults happy for under $20.

Stopped for a quick bite because of the good reviews. We got some of our food, then after 40 minutes still did not have the rest. They had forgotten about our food and did not seem to care. I do not recommend them.

This alfresco pasta was delicious and the pizza on spot!! Drove 1 hour from marathon to here to come eat there delicious food.
