We have stayed here a few times now and haven't had any real issues other than cleanliness. This time was no different on that front. Carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Bathroom was not very clean either. Room we stayed in this time was very cramped as well. Thinking we may switch to a different location for our LA trips moving forward. The building itself is very nice. Great architecture and location! Food is good as always. Bartender was very slow and seemed to pay attention only to one couple at the bar, practically ignoring the rest of us waiting to be served.
Breakfast was well made and delicious. Compared to many McDonald’s I been to. The consumer service was perfect. Thank you
Caught attitude when I asked for what I normally get inside but this order was to go. Changed their policy regarding take away meals without any notice on their website and act like I’m supposed to know they put a piece of paper in the window. I can’t adjust my order accordingly if this new policy is not placed online. I guess that’s to much trouble. Easier to frustrate their customers than update the website. I wonder how long that will last.
great workers. very polite. awesomely prepared food. Get real fry portions. slow service when crowded. need more help during rushes.
