I loved how convenienr this location of Starbucks it was for us since it was next to our Hotel.nnThe service was always wonderful and we went there 3 times.nnTheir coffee and pastries were great, especially that coffee crumble cake, yumm!!!nnThey have seating area inside but they do not have those outside.

This Statbucks NEVER opens on time! They are supposed to open at 7am. I have never been able to walk in at 7. Always have to stand there a few minutes and wait for them to unlock the door. That was again the case for today's visit. Once we got in, they didn't have things ready, couldn't get the drink I wanted, computers weren't working.. just a mess. By the time I left there (with the wrong coffee) it was 7:15 and they still hadn't taken down the cones that were blocking all their parking spaces!

Coffee as is standard was great so was the food. The staff was friendly.... but clumsy. They forgot half of our order and we waited 15 minutes till it turns out they gave half of our to a customer, whom they called back and took our food out of their bags and handed it to us. Additionally they just started then heating up our second wrap. Staff seemed confused and baffled by what they were doing.

The coffee is just as good here as any Starbucks. If you're wanting a glass of water, order it with your coffee. There's a smallish sign on the counter mentioning that they give one glass of water per customer ONLY IF ordered with coffee. Best to go in armed with knowledge.
