Emilio has amazing customer service and communicated with me every step of the way. Alex did a great job fixing the door, he explained what was wrong and gave us suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again. I 100% recommend Miami Doors and Locks. I used Miami doors for the first time. I needed my door entry lock to be fixed and soft close hardware to be installed on several doors. Spoke to Maria who was extremely professional, polite and responsive. The job was scheduled within minutes. Installer Lewis came with all the right hardware and installed very efficiently. Lewis also was extremely polite and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with Miami door and locks. I would recommend them highly.

My apartment manager is super unresponsive so after an hour of waiting I called Miami Doors and Locks and Alex helped us get in within 20 minutes of calling. He was super nice and the service was reasonably priced. I called to get a quote and was charged that amount whereas I've heard other places tend to tack on additional hidden fees. Definitely recommend since most of the other locksmiths I found quoted around twice as much as Nova charges.

I was out and about in the city when i realized i had locked my keys inside my car and i think oh no what now?! I saw him and gave him a call and he was super quick and super reliable and was super friendly too definitely going to give him a call if (and when) something like this ever happenes again! Great Rates by the way!

Jorge C and Claudio were very perfessional especially when they had to make a lot of corrections and defuse my frustration along with mistakes made with my order taken by a guy name Antonio.in which I was told by the technician they had no knowledge of..these poor guys ened up staying 1 1/2 hour overtime . But they keep working until the job was done and done properly. With workers like Jorge and Claudio I would definitely use this company again..job well done guy's and thank you.
