Very nice
AMAZING!!nSo I ordered something and the order was made wrong but they explained calmly that they only make a different version of what I asked for. I said it was fine and didn’t expect much but after about 10 minutes, one of the employees came out to where I was sitting and told me she looked up the drink I wanted and made it for me.nI wish I knew her name to give her credit!nAnyways, if you’re reading this and you know it was you, thank you :)
I ordered something on the mobile app and they didn’t have it so they offered something even better and another thing of my choice for the discrepancy. The woman who helped me was beyond kind and always treats me with manners. I also wanted to add that considering how many rude customers I see coming in and treating them less than humane, this staff always keeps their composure. Keep up the good work :)
Great location, FAST wireless internet without signing in, and a quaint interior. Reminded me of a Starbucks in Queens, NY. Great view from the window looking out. Patio and indoor seating available.
Jerry was very rude. Little to no costumer service skills. First of all, I was asked to “mama slow down” with my simple order. Then, my drink was spilt all over the counter in front of me and instead of making a new one, he put was left in the shaker into my cup, leaving it 3/4 full. We won’t ever return.
