I called to have someone come out because I was locked out of my house. Keep in mind it was 10:30 at night and 40°. The woman on the phone was aware of my situation. She would not give me a price quote, and she had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me she was just going to contact someone in my area to give me a quote and stop by. I waited over an hour and still did not receive a call... Horrible Business ethic.
Key is great! No problems. I was surprised by the price but I've never needed to buy a key before so I don't know what a fair price is.
Easy, fast, a bit expensive if you're just doing a key fob. Competition and local options are cheaper. However the kiosk is convenient
It cost about $10 to get a key. I got a key made for my apartment door, it took a week to get here. If you need a key fast, go somewhere else.
