We moved to Cape Coral from North Fort Myers back in 2016 an have ordered delivery from this location many many times over the years. Food has always been amazing and all the drivers have been very courteous and friendly. Over the last year I recently started writing little messages of encouragement and thanking them for there hard work whenever I could. Being a person whom also worked through the entire 2020 Pandemic it's very somber to say that some people out there don't truly appreciate the people in Food service, Grocery retail, Trucking, Healthcare, and many other essential employee positions. So this is my way of saying thank you to the Crew at this location. You guys rock, keep up the good work!
I have used the app several times before, they have always delivered in record time and no issues. This evening they must be being run by an incompetent manager. They delivered to the wrong address. They called me and left a voicemail,l saying they went to the address on file, when I called the number back nobody answered. When I called the store they said the food was sitting on the heat rack and they would have to recharge my card and could send it back out. First of all who wants food that's been sitting. Second of all I have to deal with 2 charges on my card and wait 3-5 business days for one of the charges to be removed. In addition to it all the manager would not come to the phone. They also would not give their name, so I could know who to report to the General Manager at the store. I don't know if they are going through turnover and dealing with new employees or disgruntled employees. Either way this was not how to handle the situation. If Domino's can't handle getting the addresses correct then they may not be able to handle contactless anymore. At the end of the day I am not going to have them charge my card again just to have them deliver food that has been sitting. I recommend any other pizza place over here.
Just spoke to Manager. Terrible terrible experiencenprobably about a month ago they mess up with my order and told me over the phone they would give my family a creditnnThen I called them to order almost 15 pizzas and ask about my credit and he lies and said he has no record and shows on my credit card statement it was only a month agonnPlease make sure you get everything in writing before you go through themnnJust terrible experience I gave the delivery guy almost a 8 dollar tip and accepted the defeatnnThe Manager would not tell me his name im going to corporate about there store
I order my food online at 2:07 pm with an estimate time of 37-42 minute delivery. It’s is now 3:25 and no food has arrived. I’ve tracked the driver which is on his 4th stop going the completely opposite way of where I live. When we called the store the manager was very rude and stated That we were not her only customer and was unapologetic. We will no longer be your customer and you should not be a manager if you don’t know how to treat people.
Tried ordering online would not accept promo code although clearly states it is not expired. Tried to chat with a representative and took me to a robot that was useless. False advertising.
