Never was a smoothie person but I decided to check it out one day & now I’ll definitely be going all the time. Amazing job & the workers are so polite & efficient! You can tell they really know their facts! They do their best to create the perfect smoothie to cater & satisfy their customers!!

We ordered three smoothies and only one of them was correct the other two were both messed up. One was remade and the workers were inside laughing about the mess up and the attitudes were very unprofessional. The second smoothie when brought back I was told that it was made correct and wasn’t gonna be remade which I know it was missing the ice cream because it was not as thick as it usually is and did not taste correct. This is the only smoothie I get when I come here and it did not taste correct I am very displeased and upset with my service today given I come to smoothie king very often. I am usually very happy with the service but I will not be coming back for a while now.

It took over 20min to get through the drive thru. The girl that took my order sounded like she was being slow on purpose. When I finally did get my order it was the wrong smoothie. So then I had to wait another 15 minutes. Unbelievable, I will NEVER come back to this place. 35 minutes for a smoothie!! By the way, never got my smoothie. Asked for a refund, also... they came back and said in order to refund my money I had to return the smoothie?!? I happily did because I didn't want that one in the first place but what am I trying to scam them? This has literally eaten up my whole lunch break, so now I won't be eating lunch today. Terrible experience! Also... no idea if I will actually get my money back because the manager lady said she has to call to refund my money. No smoothie and no money at this point.nnUpdate: I did end up getting the refund, so at least there's that

Smoothies are good. But a 45 minute wait in the drive through is terrible. I’ll never come back to this location. Also their credit card machines were down the previous time I was here and had to turn around.

Great healthy stop on my way to work. Excellent customer service by a girl that I dont remember the name of I think it starts with a B? Dark long hair, high cheekbones. Anyway I felt pampered by her She answered all my questions since I dont frequent this place and was very professional. She really wanted to make me happy and she did! Amazing. Keep up the great work! I will be back for more delicious smoothies!
