The key machine was clean and polite. After waiting for three keys to be made she may have sensed that I was going to tip her and she asked if I wanted an extra key for free. That was really cool. While I was at the key machine for a short while, I felt that she and I made a personal connection. She really cared about my keys and my overall well being. Later when I got home I tried all the keys and they worked fine. The next morning when thinking about how pleasant the experience was I tried them again. Yup. Still working. Thanks key machine. I can’t wait until I need keys again.
