Came out on Friday to make a replacement key for my Honda, cut the key wrong, and then said they couldn't come back out to fix it same day. I had to leave my car at work and get a ride home (40 miles away). They said they could come back around 2pm on Saturday and didn't show up until around 7pm! I had to pick my car up on Easter Sunday! Huge inconvenience to me and my family as well as over $300 down the drain.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, I WOULD. MY MOTHER IN LAW WAITED IN THE PUBLIX PLAZA FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 20 TO 30 MINUTES. SHE IS DISABLED, AND CAN BARELY WALK, YET SHE HAD TO SIT THERE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TREAT HER THE WAY SHE DESERVED. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT SHE DIDN'T CALL ME BECAUSE AS AN INSURANCE AGENT, I WOULD HAVE TOLD HER TO GO ELSEWHERE. SO SHAMEFUL
Dean was prompt and very very professional. He opened my door within minutes! No damage. I highly recommend this company, fast, friendly and professional! Thank you SO much!
