I was told my pizza would be ready for pick up between 15 and 25 minutes fine I leave about the 15 minute mark. Got there at the 20 minute mark. Wait another 5 minutes to be helped. Guy says it will be another 10 minutes great go wait in the car. Come in again only to be told another 10 minutes. Pizza had to much barbecue sauce on it. I guess I did finally get my pizza.
Food took a little longer to be ready than I expected, but it was nice and hot and the sole person working was friendly when I walked in. Great and quick little lunch when you order it ahead and pick it up.
I am new to the area and moved from an area with a mask mandate in effect! When I came in to pick up my online order I noticed that none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves (while handling food). I canceled my order (hadn't started preparing it yet) and left without anything. Gave one star for simply not caring enough about customers to protect them from a pandemic!
Unfortunately it's not possible to do a 0 star review. The last 3 times we ordered pizza from this location, we ordered thin crust and received regular crust pizzas. Not a huge deal. However, we ordered a pizza last night and it was never delivered. After speaking with the manager today, we were informed that our order was voided last night. We never received a phone call or anything letting us know they cancelled our order on their own behalf. The manager did offer to give us a "special deal" on any large pizza that they're running a "special deal" on. So basically we received no offer at all for being cancelled on. I will no longer be doing business here. After seeing other reviews on this location, it's obvious that this store needs better managers and/or owners.
