Ron's Service

Ron saved us!! We were traveling on U.S. 47, way out away from anything, when our car broke down. Ron was our tow through AAA; he drove an hour out to get us and an hour back to his shop, on Labor Day Monday!! When everything else was closed!nnHe was able to fix the issue and had us back on the road in less than an hour!nnThe best part was that he surprisingly called us 20 mins after we left to make sure everything was running fine, in case we needing anything before he headed home from the shop. That’s how you know he really cares about the people he’s helping.nnCannot thank him enough. We would recommend Ron to anyone and everyone!

Can highly recommend. Sunday at 6PM blew a trailer tire. Ron was open, replaced the tire, charged a very reasonable price for a better quality tire. How many people are open on Sunday and at 6pm and not even charge anything extra for it. I can't say enough good things about this guy.

Our car broke down on a road trip in the middle of South Dakota. Ron went out of his way after hours to drive us 170 miles to our destination - and then he had to turn around and drive himself back another 170 miles, knowing he wouldn’t have gotten home until after midnight! What an awesome help Ron was! We were stranded on I-90 and he was so helpful and took care of our shredded camper tire. Call Ron!

Ron is awesome!nnMy 80 year-old mother was on a road trip heading to British Columbia and broke down on I-90 in Chamberlain, SD on a Sunday. She called AAA for help and Ron got the call. He did his best to get her car fixed and back on the road, but the 2 auto part stores were closed and the alternator belt he had at the shop was too short. So Ron gave mom a lift into town and dropped her at the Best Western 2 blocks from his shop (he made sure they had a room available for her) and then towed her car to his shop so he could fix it first thing Monday morning, assuming the belt was available locally. I spoke with him on the phone a few times and I could tell that mom was in good hands with Ron, so we opted to have her stay in Chamberlain rather than get towed 120 miles back to Sioux Falls. (I had also read Ron's excellent reviews here on Google and on Yelp. ;)nnThe next morning, Ron got the new belt from the parts store and my mom was back on the road again in a jiffy. After he fixed her car, Ron called me to let me know what work he did and that he had tested everything to make sure she was good before she got back on the highway. In addition, Ron was supposed to be off Monday to attend an event, but he still took time to fix her car before he had to leave. Above and beyond!nnVery nice guy according to my mother and he was very helpful to me on the phone. Very happy my mother broke down in Chamberlain, SD and Ron was the guy who got the call! If I lived in Chamberlain, Ron would be my mechanic.
