Slid into a ditch during a snowstorm and messed up our wheel, they got the new wheel and tires next day and worked with us to get the best deal. Didn’t try to add extra costs. Got everything done fairly quick.
I was in desperate need of an oil change on my Acura. Anthony and Allison got me in immediately and sent out a service guy to pick my vehicle up at work and drop it off when done. Great customer service and I will definitely go back!

I drive a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited, not a Chevrolet. Bought my car in Rapid City about a month ago. During my move to Sioux Falls on 3/26/19, my back tire got really low & my check engine light came on. There wasn’t a Jeep dealership until Mitchell & I needed to know if I was safe to go that far so I chose the first dealership I saw. Terry in service was a gem to work with. Immediately took my keys & started trying to find the issue... Wouldn’t throw a code but hey he did try! He also aired up the back tire for me which was super awesome! I’m going to go back down there very soon though as it appears I may have left my keys with Terry by accident haha. Good thing I had a spare packed in one my bags. Anyways, A+++ for effort & willingness to try & for the air & the kindness! Couldn’t thank you enough!
