Deliveries are always super fast and the food is amazing. Pretty hooked on their Jimmy peppers, so good. Delivery girl was nice too! Love ordering from this location.

Slowest Jimmy Johns in the world. Never come here, staff is a bunch of kids who are not supervised. It took them 30 minutes to make two damn sandwiches. I could have cut my own meat and made my own sandwich faster.
I've ordered with these guys a few times for pickup orders and they are consistently late by 10 or more minutes, unlike other locations. I always order hours or days before.
I'm a medical sales rep, so I depend on having this being ready on time so I can show up at the designated pickup time and then arrive on time to the offices where I am being counted on for a punctual lunch. This puts me in the awkward position of trying to frantically set up late at the medical offices. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a #6 Veggie. After receiving my sandwich I realized that all the interior bread had been removed so that all I had was the dry crust surrounding the cheese and veggies inside. When I asked to talk with the manager I was told “we remove the inside of the bun so the sandwich looks better with the extra veggies inside.” What!!!? It looks pretty? “Yes, we only do that on the six sandwiches in the middle column.” I asked him where on the order board does it say that. He said it doesn’t say it on the board. It’s just the way we do it.
I asked for a refund which I received. At no point in time did the employee try to calm the situation by offering to remake my sandwich or rectify my concerns. I’ll be going to another location in the future and I’ll be sure to tell them LBI (or ... Leave Bread In as the employee inferred).
My recommendation ... don’t eat here!
***UPDATE*** Received a response. Found out it is Jimmy John's national practice to "gut the sandwich" before adding the desired fillings! Seriously ... those are their words ... GUT THE SANDWICH!
