I appreciate management’s previous reply on here. I promise I’m not a grump. But I do expect my order to be accurate. And if we had to be reeeeeallly honest, I would say our order is accurate *maybe* only like half of the time. Things are forgotten, ingredients or items. Not sure what to ask of Zach, as management/owners suggested. But it’s frustrating to do online orders, which have everything written out, then stuff is missed. My wife also had a bad experience the other day where she was treated as lowest priority when she did an online order. Not a good look during a pandemic, guys. People are trying to socially distance or order ahead. Those who try to do this for you should probably be acknowledged and taken care of. Anyways, I try to give feedback because it all helps us make our businesses better. So there ya go guys.

We eat there all the time. We love it because the staff is so incredibly friendly. They know our names, they are always glad to see us and help us. When we make an online order, the manager brings the meal to our car as soon as we drive up. The store is always very clean. They have a lot of employees during rush hours, so they are freaky fast. If you need a quick lunch, this is the place to go.

So nice! Last night after working out at the gym, I decided to grab a quick dinner from Jimmy John's. After placing my order at the drive-up window, I realized that I didn't have my purse with me... so I decided to pay through the app... only to discover that my payment method was no longer valid because I recently replaced my debit card due to my old card being compromised. Needless to say, I was a hot mess. I was going to call my husband and have him pay through his app... but the manager insisted that I just take the sandwich and not worry about it--he said not to worry about it, because he had been there before. He was so nice and kind and made a very awkward situation, well--a lot less awkward. Thanks JJ--My sandwich was delicious!

The crew at Jimmy Johns in Kaysville UT is on their game! Due to my busy schedule I rarely have a chance to leave for lunch. I order from them at least once a week. They are always freaky fast, and live up to the name. I never feel like I have to wait for food. The bread is always soft. The veggies always taste fresh, and the quantities are always consistent. I love this location. They truly believe in what Jimmy Johns stands for!

Ordered online and went to get my order because they are usually fast and are ready before I arrive. Not this time. I arrived, no notification. I went in to get a drink and chips and waited about 10 minutes. A group of four that ordered in line right before me received their sandwiches. I waited another 10 minutes before finally getting my 2 sandwiches. In total it took 28 minutes. Ugh. Clearly, orders are not made when they are received as in person and drive through customers take precedent over online orders. Not so freaky fast this time. Food is still good.
