I had the pleasure of stopping by this Starbucks and was so impressed with the positive energy & wonderful customer service from all the staff. Having worked in customer service for years, I was so pleased with the personalization of the service, the obvious teamwork and management support. I was treated very well, they were accommodating, & provided such a great experience! I will be back to visit and recommend this store!
Awesome
Worst Starbucks in the city. It somehow always takes 30 min just to get an iced coffee. Today, on a Sunday afternoon, there was no one even there. And there was no sign saying they were closed either. So today I waited in a 30 min line in the drive through... only discover that they were randomly closed. On a Sunday at 3pm.
The NERVE!!!! The manager tried to insist I have my family wait outside while it’s raining, windy, and for the first time in Florida Cold! when I stated we were waiting on drinks she said “oh ok” I don’t get it??? Understood no inside seating, we were literally waiting why be rude to us instead make our drinks and we will leave? Customer service shouldn’t be expected at this location. No stars should be given, I wish I could get my money back.
Closed cafe for any purchases so I ended up not spending money on a gift card- the drive thru lane was ridiculous for just a gift card. Went to bold bean to get the gift card instead.
