This was our first visit to Tulua Bistro. We would never have known of or visited the restaurant except for a certificate I had purchase from Local Flavor. To my disappointment when we arrived and there was a sign stating they would not accept the certificates they offered. The food was good and our server was very pleasant. When I asked about them not honoring the certificate we were told that management decided not to accept them any more and to contact Local Flavor for a refund. We enjoyed the food but their policy left a bad taste in my mouth.

Tulua Bistro is by-far, hands-down, one of the best local restaurants in Jacksonville Beach! The food and beverages are beyond amazing, but more importantly, the atmosphere and servers are phenomenal! I've been to many of the local restaurants in JAX Beach, but none of them can even compare or hold a candle to this tucked away, hidden gem. If you are in the area or visiting, I highly recommend that you try them and check them out! You will not be disappointed- believe me! Tulua is now my favorite local food spot and I will continue to support this small business!

Stopped in for lunch. Wasn’t disappointed.nThe staff were friendly, the food was good and the bathrooms were clean.nIt’s very close to one of my accounts, so I’ll definitely be coming back.

Awesome place! Took a while to be served but was well worth it. My waitress Deb was quick, attentive & kept the mimos coming. Nice atmosphere & vibe. Will be back soon.

My favorite food is brunch & this is the best spot in Jacksonville. Food was absolutely amazing & our server was just as good. You could tell he was stressed since they were so busy but still went out of his way to check on us multiple times & engage in conversation! This is about to be a weekly spot for me!
