I ordered a Venti Espresso with four shots. This is my first time at this Particular Starbucks in Neptune beach.nI was very disappointed. I should’ve tried my drink before I left the window. It was all milk and I couldn’t taste any Espresso. It was Disgusting.nFor now on I’m driving the extra mile to go to the one off 3rd in Jax beach. They know how to make a drink.

Great coffee, clean area, wonderful customer service and clean restroom! It's a good spot to get coffee, sit outside and do some work on your laptop or just sit back and enjoy the day with a cup of coffee and friends. If you want great coffee and enjoy sitting outside this is the place to go!

If you’re just walking through and don’t mind waiting for your coffee then it’s okay. They make good drinks but!!! Several times I’ve been handed different sized drinks than what I ordered. If you’re trying to get to work in the morning I wouldn’t recommend stopping here, inconsistent and a strong lack of urgency. Also mobile ordering is helpful at most locations but not this one.

The coffee is always good the service is always good. But sometime has to be done about no using the dinning area. The Florida governor gave the ok but we are still left out in the cold to drink the coffee.

Best Starbucks in Jax. Whoever makes the nitro cold brews with the cold foam is a superstar and needs a raise. Keep up the good work ud83dudc4fud83cudffc
