If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered pizza at 630pm was told on the app that it would be delivered by 730-740pm. At 736pm I called and they said it would be delivered in 10 min, 5 min later they called me back and stated that it was mistake and that it would be another 30min, 2 hours from the original order. Asked to speak to a manager no manager available. I insisted that we get issued a refund. They called a manager on the phone, Nicolas P. Refused to credit me back offered a future store credit. Like I am ever going to order from there again! So if you want an ice cold meal and wait 2 hours for it go for it!nnPlenty of other pizza places around Westin that deliver and provide a better customer service experience.
Wait time on hold is horrible. I refuse to wait over 5 minutes on hold to order pizza. New owners don’t get it. Take care of your customers.
Prices are a bit higher than your regular pizza chain. However, these are premium so it's worthwhile.
