This is the worst McDonald’s in Hallandale. I’ve stood in line for twenty seven minutes with only one person in front of me waiting also. No cashier in the front. The man sitting at the table not doing nothing. The sad part about it drive through is wrapped around the building. Finally someone came and took my order and another young girl brought my drink and food and it was a medium drink which I ordered a large drink. When I mentioned that my drink should be a large she looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away. I was in shocked like really. I waited on the original person who took my order to walk by and she fixed it for me and apologized for the young ladies behavior. It’s so sad how these young ladies are working in a restaurant with no customer service whatsoever. I will be calling the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning because this McDonald’s is getting worse by the day and this is only one incident that I’m mentioning today.

Staff is friendly but the milk shakes here have changed. Always enjoy a good chocolate shake. Now a new machine does it all and it airy vanilla with a streak of chocolate. No taste nor color. Checkers and steak and shake have great milk shakes. Please dump the new efficient technology in milk shakes and if you call it a chocolate shake, make it chocolate

Service was terriblenOnly 3 customers inside whose orders were waiting to be picked up no one at register all ignoring customers 3 waited for over 7 minutes to be acknowledged at least .Eventually left with .This place needs management.

Food was hot. Everything I needed was already in the bag. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
