Chris is very responsive and accommodating. We have rented a storage unit for over 3 years and have never had any issues. Our property is secure, and the storage unit has always been clean and dry. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this business a 5 star review.
Best storage units in Aberdeen.....West 12 Storage made it easy to get a hold of a unit, easy to set up payment, very accessible and the units are very nice and newer. Have rented multiple units the last few years and haven't been disappointed. Give them a call.
It's a storage unit. Not a lot to talk about here. Reasonable rates, friendly staff. If you need some place to put your things while you move or remodel; I would recommend this place. In conclusion: storage units store stuff well.

If you are looking for a place to store your stuff just say NO to this place. Actually RUN AWAY. I moved here from Pittsburgh this time last year. My husband and I are building a house and needed a place to store my stuff for a short term. This term was from June 2018 thru May 2019. I called the owner about a mice/rat problem in the fall of 2018. I never received a call back. I had rat/mice droppings all over my stuff then. I went to move my stuff out this spring and noticed the EXTENSIVE water damage to all of my stuff. About 3/4 of my belongings were ruined in this storage unit. The owner doesn't return calls or take care of the problems on his property. If I were you I'd look for a better place to store your stuff! I will be writing another review and posting pictures of all of my stuff that was damaged in this storage unit.
