I used to think this store just had a rude staff- but it’s more than that. I had an issue with the rudeness before and decided to return some items. Unfortunately they will only return it to a gift card. I tried to go to a different location to use my gift card because I didn’t want to deal with them again. I was informed the gift card was empty and I was so glad I kept the receipt where they said they loaded the card which showed the gift card number and amount. The woman at the other location was very understanding and did what she could to fix it. This location is the only one that is 24hrs so I stopped by just this night to try to purchase some tights to use the last of what was on the gift card only to be told they wouldn’t accept gift cards! I explained I got this card here and the man still refused to even /try/ to do anything about it. I bought the tights because I wanted them but dealing with this store is so awful and I will probably never return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I had a great experience at this location, the selection of products was amazing, as well as the friendly customer service I received. The man behind the counter answered all of my questions and even helped me decide on what to buy, he made sure I could find what I was looking for and let me browse alone when he made sure I was content. I will definitely be back!

One of the worst stores i have ever been in. Some of the rudest nastiest people working in here. Since there has been new people running the store completely down hill
