Wonderful Staff you have working at this property. Im not sure but i believe her name was lauren. She was highly professional and super easy to work with. Definitely recommending this particular location because of her service. I hope you pay that young lady well!!
Let me just say Lauren is the best! She had all the solutions on this wet day. This property is immaculate.
I am getting really tired of driving 20 min out of my time and NO ONE is in the office for me to grab a cart!! I am wasting my time and gas to get there. STOP LOCKING THE CARTS IN THE OFFICE!!! Or have 2 people in the office so if you need to alternate your breaks or clean the units. This is very AGGRAVATING!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE!

Lauren was SO helpful, patient, and kind.i went to the office all in a frenzy since i have allot going on and i hate moving let alone having to put my stuff in storage.however, she seemed to be very professional and well trained to takecare of those kind of clientsnI was very impressed.most people would be impatient and a bit rude.but she stayed calm and it calmed me down too.i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.AND PUBLIC STORAGE OWES THAT YOUNG WOMAN A RAISE!!! IM NOT JOKING EITHER.SHE'S INVALUABLE!
